Dr. Rajat Walia graduated from the Maulana Azad Medical College and completed his internship and residency program at the University at Buffalo. Two fellowships followed one in lung and heart-lung transplantation and one in pulmonary disease and critical care medicine. He is specialized in pulmonology and board certified in critical care medicine, pulmonary disease, and internal medicine. Dr. Walia has been practicing medicine for more than 11 years and is affiliated with St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center. He has also published one writing of medical interest and has run 2 clinical trials in collaboration with other doctors.
