Dr. Randolph Noble lives in Encino, California and graduated from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. He completed his internship at the University of Southern California-LAC+USC Medical center. He also did a fellowship in pulmonary disease and a residency in internal medicine at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. He has also completed a residency in psychiatry at the UCLA Medical Center. Dr. Noble has received certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in the field of pulmonary disease and has been practicing for more than two decades. Currently, he is affiliated with the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System.
