Dr. Rex Hoffman graduated from the Tulane University. He did his internship at the Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center and completed his residency program at the UCSF. He is specialized in Radiation Oncology and also board certified in Radiation Oncology. Dr. Hoffman has been in practice for more than 11 years and is affiliated with the Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center, Providence Tarzana Medical Center, PIH Health Hospital-Whittier, and St. John’s Pleasant Valley Hospital.
