Dr. Richard Belkin is a well-known pulmonologist in Santa Barbara, California. He received his medical diploma from Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in 1997 and completed his medical education with a residency in internal medicine at Stanford University and a fellowship in pulmonary disease and critical care medicine at the University of Pennsylvania Health System. Dr. Belkin is certified by the American Board in internal medicine, critical care medicine, and pulmonary disease.
