Dr. Taketa graduated the medical school from the University of California Irvine School of Medicine and did his internship at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. He completed his residency program at the University of California San Diego and is now specialized in Radiology. Dr. Taketa has been in practice for more than 20 years and is also board certified in Nuclear Medicine and Diagnostic Radiology. He is currently affiliated with the Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian.
