Dr. Robert Barone graduated from the University at Buffalo, School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and completed his internship, residency and fellowship program at the University of Illinois College of Medicine. He is both specialized and board certified in General Surgery. Dr. Barone has been practicing surgical oncology for more than 20 years and is affiliated with the Sharp Memorial Hospital, Scripps Mercy Hospital-San Diego, and Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla. During his career, he has also contributed to 7 clinical research publications.
