Dr. Robert Finegan is a renowned pulmonologist in Palm Springs, California. He received his medical diploma from the University of Western Ontario, Faculty of Medicine in Ontario, Canada in 1983. After getting his medical degree, he did an internship at Hurley Medical Center – Michigan State University.
