Dr. Russel Paul graduated from the Howard University College of Medicine and completed both his internship and residency program at the Howard University. Then, he did a fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania Health System. He is specialized in Interventional Radiology and board certified in Vascular and Interventional Radiology. Dr. Paul has been in practice for more than 20 years and is affiliated with the San Joaquin Community Hospital. During his career, he has also contributed to two publications of clinical interest.
