Dr. Russell Proctor graduated the medical school from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency program at Riverside County Regional Medical Center. He is specialized in Pulmonology and board certified in Sleep Medicine, Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Disease.
