Dr. Saied Habibipour is a recognized thoracic and cardiac surgeon in Palm Springs, California. He received his medical diploma from Tehran University of Medical Sciences School of Medicine in 1995. Dr. Habibipour completed his medical education with a residency in general surgery at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, a residency in general surgery at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and a fellowship in thoracic surgery at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. He is certified by the American Board in surgery, thoracic and cardiac surgery. Doctor Habibipour works in several hospitals in the area, including Desert Regional Medical Center and Eisenhower Medical Center. In 2004, he published the article “Impact of mitral insufficiency on preoperative coronary artery surgery in ischemic cardiomyopathy patients” in collaboration with other doctors.
