Dr. Salam Rafique is a pulmonologist from Glendale, Arizona who is affiliated with many hospitals in the area, including Arrowhead Hospital and John C. Lincoln Deer Valley Hospital. He got his medical diploma from Dow University of Health Sciences and has been working in the field for more than 20 years. He did his residency in internal medicine at Maricopa Medical Center and then he did a fellowship in pulmonary disease at Creighton University.
