Dr. Brooks graduated the medical school from East Tennessee State University James H. Quillen College of Medicine and did her residency at the same university. She is specialized in Pathology and board certified in Anatomic Pathology & Clinical Pathology and Cytopathology. Dr. Brooks has been in practice for more than 20 years and is affiliated with Johnson City Medical Center.
