Dr. Scott Baldwin is a board-certified surgeon based in Riverside, California. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and then did his internship as well as General Surgery residency at the Loma Linda University. He also did a fellowship in Surgical Oncology and Oncology Research at the Loma Linda University.
