Dr. Stephen Kwan, a specialist in Thoracic, Cardiac and Vascular Surgery with a practice experience of nearly 30 years, received his medical degree from the NYU School of Medicine. He completed his residency at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where he also underwent a fellowship training program.
