Dr. Terrence Crouch graduated from the University of Minnesota Medical School and completed his residency program at the Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education. Then, he did a fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science Center. He is specialized in Pulmonology and board certified in Pulmonary Disease and Oncology. Dr. Crouch has been in practice for more than 20 years and is affiliated with the Paradise Valley Hospital and the Sharp Coronado Hospital.
