Dr. Thomas Amott is a pathologist based in Sacramento, California. He has been in practice for several decades. Dr. Amott graduated from the University of California San Francisco. He did his internship at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. Afterwards, he did a residency at the University of Southern California - LAC+USC Medical Center and a fellowship at the North California Forensic Pathology. Dr. Amott is a board-certified specialist in anatomic pathology and clinical pathology and forensic pathology. He has contributed to several published studies that focused on apocrine adenoma of the breast, malignant fibrous histiocytoma of the trachea, aspiration biopsy cytology of the prostate.
