Doctor Thomas Mego graduated with honors the School of Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh in 1990. An internship (transitional year) at San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium followed, and his residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology was completed at the same medical institution. He is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology. He is also specialized in medical oncology. Nowadays he works as a Medical Director at the Cancer Center at Providence Alaska Medical Center, and he also practices medicine at Providence Seward Medical Center in Seward, Alaska.
