Dr. Thomas Pounds graduated from the Tulane University School of Medicine and then did his internship at the Jackson Memorial Hospital –Jackson Health System. He did his residency in Nuclear Medicine at the UCSF and a residency in Anesthesiology at the UCLA Medical Center.
