Dr. Summers graduated the medical school from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He did his residency at UMDNJ-School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his internship program at Naval Medical Center. A fellowship followed at UMDNJ-School of Osteopathic Medicine soon after that. He is specialized and board certified in Oncology. Dr. Summers has been in practice for more than 20 years and is affiliated with Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
