Dr. Thomas Tzeng graduated the medical school from the Taipei Medical College. He did his internship at the Yale-New Haven Hospital and completed two residency programs: one at Interfaith Medical Center and the other at the Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center. He is board certified in Thoracic and Cardiac Surgery. Dr. Tzeng has been in practice for more than 20 years and is affiliated with the PIH Health Hospital and Whittier Hospital Medical Center.
