Dr. Phillips graduated the medical school from the Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. He did his internship at the University of Washington and completed three residency programs: one at the University of Washington, second at the Texas Southwestern Medical Center Affiliated Hospitals and third at the Emory University. He is specialized in Radiology and board certified in Diagnostic Radiology. Dr. Phillips has been in practice for more than 20 years and is affiliated with the Northside Hospital Forsyth.
